Viviane Cruz e Silva

Professional with a solid academic background and diversified experience in Architecture and Urbanism. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (2000), with a specialization in Environmental Comfort and Energy Conservation from the renowned University of São Paulo (USP). Holds a master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasília (UNB), where concentrated studies on the influence of sunshades and natural lighting in office environments. Currently, serves as a tenured professor at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), where leads the Light and Scene Laboratory (LALUCE), specialized in scenography development from creative processes, execution to assembly. Responsible, through LALUCE, for the scenarios of programs at the Educational and Cultural Radio Foundation TV UFG. Teaches in the Department of Architecture and Product Design, with expertise in environmental comfort (thermal, acoustic, and lighting), as well as scenography with a focus on sustainability and product. Also acts as Director of the Architecture and Urbanism department at Cruz e Silva Arquitetura e Engenharia Ltda., handling residential and commercial projects and construction management, demonstrating leadership and team management skills. In pursuit of continuous improvement, enrolled in 2019 in the Doctoral program in Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, focusing research on the design process applied to the creation, production, and execution of Television Scenography.
