Aline Souza

Aline Teixeira de Souza is a designer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Urbanism and Design at the Federal University of Uberlândia. Coordinator of the Laboratory of Models and Prototypes, of the Design course and board member of FAUeD. She is a researcher at the Centre for Research in Architecture, Urbanism and Design (CIAUD) and holds a PhD in Design from the Lisbon School of Architecture of the University of Lisbon (2018). Aline is also a Master in Industrial Design from São Paulo State University (2009) and a graduate in Product Design from the State University of Maringá (2007).

Her area of research focuses on the selection of materials and construction techniques that value products and territories. Aline teaches product design, technology and prototyping disciplines.
