CONFERÊNCIADESIGN COMMIT 2024 – 1st International Conference on Design & Industry
É com grande prazer que lançamos o convite a participar no DESIGN COMMIT 2024, a 1ª edição da Conferência Internacional sobre Design & Indústria, que terá lugar de 20 a 22 de Maio de 2024 na cidade de Braga, em Portugal.
Esta edição será organizada pela Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa (FA ULisboa), no âmbito do grupo de investigação Research & Education in Design (REDES) do Centro de Investigação em Arquitetura Urbanismo e Design (CIAUD), em parceria com a Escola Superior de Design (ESD) do Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave (IPCA), o Departamento de Comunicação e Arte da Universidade de Aveiro e o grupo de investigação OIKOS do Instituto de Investigação em Design, Media e Cultura (ID+), a Escola Superior de Artes Aplicadas (ESART) do Instituto Politécnico de Castelo Branco (IPCB), e o Rethink – Grupo de Investigação em Design para o Território (CIAUD).
O comité organizador do DESIGN COMMIT 2024 convida à submissão de contribuições originais de alta qualidade sob a forma de artigos completos ou curtos.

CONFERENCEDESIGN COMMIT 2024 – 1st International Conference on Design & Industry
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in DESIGN COMMIT 2024, the 1st edition of the International Conference on Design & Industry, which will take place from 20 to 22 May 2024 in the city of Braga, Portugal.
This edition will be organized by the Lisbon School of Architecture (FA ULisboa), under the scope of the Research & Education in Design research group (REDES) from the Center for Research in Architecture Urbanism and Design (CIAUD) in partnership with the School of Design (ESD) of the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA), the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro and the OIKOS research group of the Research Institute for Design, Media and Culture (ID+), the School of Applied Arts (ESART) of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (IPCB), and Rethink – Research Group on Design for the Territory (CIAUD).
The organizing committee of DESIGN COMMIT 2024 invites the submission of original high-quality contributions in the form of full or short papers. The Theme is: Design for different futures, beyond economic growth.
