
Marco Neves
Contributing Researcher
Marco Neves is an Associate Professor at the Lisbon School of Architecture – Universidade de Lisboa in undergraduate, master’s and doctoral courses. He lectured and trained in several institutions of higher education in the areas of communication design, interaction design and information design.
He holds a PhD in Design from the Lisbon School of Architecture – Universidade de Lisboa and a Bachelor in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Universidade de Lisboa. He is a full member of the Center for Research in Architecture, Urbanism and Design (CIAUD) of FA-ULisboa and a member of the Center for Research in Territory, Architecture and Design (CITAD) of the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. His research focuses on the relationship of user interaction and experience with print and digital media.
He supervises several master’s and doctoral dissertations and frequently publishes articles and book chapters on his areas of interest.
Marco is also active as a professional designer in the areas of graphic identity, editorial design and webdesign.
