Since 2017, he teaches Research Methodologies at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the U Lisboa, in the Master of Contemporary Typographic and Editorial Practices. At a professional level, as a Design Manager he has worked in different Design and Advertising agencies (Brandia, Brandnew, Bausform, etc.) and as a Communication Consultant in Public Awareness offices (Koncept), in the area of institutional advertising and event production. Miguel has worked as an Art Director and Producer in advertising film companies (AMA, James Garrett, Abacate Filmes) and background films (Animat\u00f3grafo, Inforfilmes, MGN Films, etc.). He has collaborated as a set designer in television series and in theatre plays (Atl\u00e2ntida Est\u00fadios, SP Films). As a designer, he has developed interior design, corporate identity, graphic design, and marketing communication projects for different studios.
